Previous Work
I have worked for two workplace wellbeing companies, Fitforlife & EJT Associates, who offered stress resilience and health promotion services for large multinational companies, such as Transport for London, the London Fire Brigade and Keolis, who run the DLR. I was part of a fantastic team that obtained body measurements and tested for cholesterol, blood pressure and glucose, and gave diet, lifestyle and fitness advice to facilitate health promotion to a wider audience.
I was responsible for providing simple, effective and manageable diet and lifestyle advice to help combat conditions such as high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure and in weight loss. I also advised on certain aspects of sports nutrition and my catering background enabled me to offer cookery and food advice to help people to understand how to cook healthy food.
I have also promoted health and wellbeing to many multinational companies through my work with Vacherin Ltd and more recently I have worked for ITV in support of their health and wellbeing programme 'ITV Feel Good', where I have ran nutrition talks, cook alongs, supporting their health check points and hosting the very popular healthy online 30-minute 1-2-1s.
I like to maintain an approachable, engaging and positive presence and can offer practical, easy to manage diet and lifestyle advice and cookery tips.
